Myra

Myra’s goal is to get riders to challenge themselves. She makes the hardest, most effective cardio workout in 1 hour go by in a blink! Dance music is her choice “to get your mind off your to do list.” Her 6 years as a competitive triathlete along with her time as a competitive cyclist shows in her coaching.  For over a decade she has made each individual rider feel solid in their ability to accomplish their goals. “Gear up!”
