Erin’s first rule is, “this is your ride and I am just the guide.” Her music-mix and intensity of ride are a reflection of those who ride with her. Rhythm,form,getting out of your head and getting into your body are her encouragement for the hour. Erin first started riding, running and lifting as cross-training during her 25-plus years as a professional ballerina. Her passion for movement has translated to over two decades of training and teaching people, “moving is the easiest thing you’ll do today.”
